Brookdale Responsibilities
Ms. Schrock’s primary responsibilities include targeting and underwriting new acquisitions, analyzing disposition strategies, preparation of financial analysis related to internal valuations, collecting and maintenance of relevant data regarding real estate market conditions and collaborating on asset management decisions for certain of the owned assets in the currently active Brookdale fund(s).
Professional Experience
Prior to joining Brookdale in 2023, Ms. Schrock was an Office Investment Sales Analyst at Jones Lang LaSalle Capital Markets in Atlanta where she was responsible for underwriting and creating valuations models for various single-tenant and multi-tenant office properties. Ms. Schrock interned at Jones Lang LaSalle as a Capital Markets Analyst in Summer 2020 and interned at Cushman & Wakefield in the Summers of 2018 and 2019.
Education
Ms. Schrock attended Wake Forest University and received a BS in Business & Enterprise Management with a concentration in Real Estate.
Memberships
Ms. Schrock is a member of the Georgia Chapter of the National Association of Office and Industrial Properties (NAIOP) and a member of Atlanta Young Real Estate Professionals (AYREP). Additionally, Ms. Schrock is an active member of Friend’s Junior Committee, in which young professionals support the Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.
