Brookdale Responsibilities
Ms. McNally’s responsibilities include monitoring and oversight of the property management, operational activities, operating budgets, property tax appeals and capital improvement projects for certain of the owned assets in the currently active Brookdale fund(s), and assisting in the physical due diligence for all prospective investments.
Professional Experience
Prior to joining Brookdale in 2022, Ms. McNally spent three years with Zeller, where she was the General Manager with direct supervisory responsibility over all property operations, financial reporting and the value-add capital program for a 665,000-square foot office tower in Downtown Atlanta. Prior to this, Ms. McNally was the Vice President/Senior General Manager at JLL where she spent fourteen years managing various office buildings throughout Atlanta.
Education
Ms. McNally holds a BA degree from the University of Georgia.
