Chip Davidson (cdavidson@BrookdaleGroup.com), Brookdale's Chairman and CEO, has worked in the real estate industry since 1972. Prior to co-founding The Brookdale Group with Mr. Henritze in 1994, Mr. Davidson spent 16 years with Houston-based real estate company Hines, where he was the Executive Vice President/Regional Partner responsible for oversight of all investment, development, property management, leasing and asset management activities in Hines' Southeast Region. Mr. Davidson holds a BA degree in Economics from Davidson College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Fred Henritze (fhenritze@BrookdaleGroup.com), Brookdale's President and co-founder, began his career in the real estate industry in 1976. For 10 years prior to co-founding Brookdale in 1994, Mr. Henritze worked with Mr. Davidson at Hines, where he was Vice President of Marketing/Leasing for Hines' Southeast Region. Mr. Henritze holds a BBA degree from the College of William and Mary.

Seabie Hickson (shickson@BrookdaleRealty.com) is Executive Vice President of Brookdale Realty Services and a partner in certain of the Brookdale investment funds. Mr. Hickson has worked in the finance, development and investment areas of the real estate industry since 1978 and, prior to joining Brookdale Realty Services in 1994, was primarily responsible for the acquisitions activities of Hines' Southeast Region. Mr. Hickson holds BBA and MA/Real Estate Finance degrees from the University of Georgia.

David Hendrickson (dhendrickson@BrookdaleRealty.com) is Senior Vice President/Controller of Brookdale Realty Services and a partner in certain of the Brookdale investment funds. A Certified Public Accountant who began his career with Arthur Andersen in 1984, Mr. Hendrickson joined Brookdale in 1994. Prior to joining Brookdale, Mr. Hendrickson was a controller with Hines where he had accounting and financial reporting responsibility for approximately 60% of Hines' Southeast Region. Mr. Hendrickson holds BBA and BS degrees from Iowa State University.

Patrick Walsh (pwalsh@BrookdaleRealty.com) is Senior Vice President/Operations of Brookdale Realty Services and a partner in certain of the Brookdale investment funds. A Certified Commercial Investment Member who was a property manager with Hines for six years prior to joining Brookdale Realty Services in 1996, Mr. Walsh oversees the activities of the third-party property management firms that manage the properties owned by the Brookdale funds. Mr. Walsh holds a BS degree from the U.S. Military Academy and an MBA from Georgia State University.

Dan Ethridge (dethridge@BrookdaleRealty.com), Vice President of Brookdale Realty Services and a partner in certain of the Brookdale investment funds, is primarily responsible for oversight of the firm's existing portfolio as well as initial evaluation of prospective investments. Prior to joining Brookdale in 1997, Mr. Ethridge spent three years with the Atlanta office of Compass Management and Leasing, a subsidiary of Equitable Real Estate Management (now Morgan Stanley). Mr. Ethridge holds a BBA degree from the University of Georgia.

Robert Turner (rturner@BrookdaleRealty.com), Vice President of Brookdale Realty Services and a partner in the latest Brookdale investment fund, has primary responsibility for identification and evaluation of prospective Brookdale investments. Prior to joining Brookdale, Mr. Turner worked for three years in the Atlanta office of Highwoods Properties where he was responsible for industrial and single-story office leasing. Mr. Turner earned a BS degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
