in existing and to-be-built Class A office properties and undeveloped (or partially developed) land located in the high-growth suburban submarkets of primary and secondary cities
throughout the Mid-Atlantic, Southeast and Southwest regions of the United States. Brookdale Investors Five, L.P. acquired a controlling interest in three speculative office building developments and approximately 24,000 acres of land.
