Brookdale
Investors Four, L.P. was established in 2001 for the purpose of investing in existing Class A office properties located in the high-growth suburban submarkets of primary and secondary cities
throughout the continental United States. Brookdale Investors Four, L.P. acquired a controlling interest in 16 office buildings located in five submarkets in three Southeastern cities and encompassing approximately 2.7 million square feet. The entire portfolio of Brookdale Investors Four, L.P. was liquidated as part of a portfolio disposition in August 2005 that also included assets from Brookdale Investors Two, L.P. and Brookdale Investors Three, L.P.
