Two, L.P. was established in 1996 for the purpose of investing
in the acquisition and development of small- to medium-sized suburban office
properties located from Texas to Maryland. Brookdale Investors Two, L.P. acquired or developed 13 office buildings located in 6 Sunbelt markets. The remaining assets of Brookdale Investors Two, L.P. were liquidated as part of a portfolio disposition in August 2005 that also included assets from Brookdale Investors Three, L.P. and Brookdale Investors Four, L.P.
